The Massachusetts Small Business Development Center Network (MSBDC), in conjunction with The Lawyer’s Committee for Civil Rights, Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge LLP, Fall River Area Chamber of Commerce, New Bedford Area Chamber of Commerce & Southern New England School of Law, are sponsoring a FREE legal workshop for existing businesses where business attorneys will give an overview of legal issues that many small businesses face. The workshop format is very interactive and your questions are welcome.

* Business Entity Formation

* How to protect yourself and your business
Details: Wednesday, February 24, from 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. at the Southern New England School of Law, Moot Court Room, 333 Faunce Corner Road, North Dartmouth, MA. The MSBDC provides free, high-quality, in-depth business advising, training and capital access which contribute to the entrepreneurial growth of small businesses throughout Massachusetts. MSBDC’s services are delivered through a network of skilled professional staff supported by a federal, state and higher education consortium as well as several partnerships. The Quest Center, a partnership between the City of New Bedford and the UMASS Dartmouth, is a business incubator focused on marine science and technology. UMASS Dartmouth’s ATMC provides advanced technology and manufacturing solutions through industry and university partnerships to meet current and future business needs.
