Daniel C. Shea is the President and CEO for Medical Survival Consultants in North Dartmouth, a medical and safety training company specializing in various areas of healthcare provider, professional and community level certifications (CPR, first aid, ServSafe for the restaurant industry and many other topics) as well as continuing education, workshops and seminars (i.e. infection control for the dental healthcare provider, elderly care topics, child care topics, cardiovascular, respiratory and emergency care as well as many topics not listed).

Daniel graduated from Quinnipiac University in Hamden Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science and when the time came to open the doors to his business Mr. Shea decided to relocate back to the Southcoast area where he grew up.  As a Bishop Stang High School Alumni and Southcoast Hospitals Group employee, Daniel felt the best location would be in the greater New Bedford area.

Daniel Shea has been a keynote speaker for the Connecticut Future Business Leaders of America conference and a panelist for the extreme entrepreneurship tour.  Daniel has been presenting at health and wellness fairs and instructing all levels of healthcare providers and the community in cardiopulmonary resuscitation and first aid since 2002 as well as many topics that were adopted in the years between. 
As an eagle scout and avid camper/hiker, Daniel enjoys the outdoors and educating others on wilderness topics and often will incorporate many scouting skills into his leadership and corporate team building workshops.
