Area restaurants will serve up sample size portions of their best clam and seafood chowders, stuffed quahogs, and kale soup from 12 noon to 3:15 with live music, soft drinks, beer, wine, desserts and more happening until 5:00pm.  All under tent in Custom House Square located in Downtown New Bedford's historic district.
